Ascending Year 1 gear into Year 2 with GLIMMER!
Boom. New best idea ever created. Boom.
25,000 glimmer to ascend old gear into Year 2. Done through Gunsmith for weapons and your respective vanguard mentor for armor.
Super duper grindy, which Bungie likes so it keeps us on their servers. Doesn't circumvent new gear. It's [b]OPTIONAL[/b] to use. Boom. We all win.

5 RepliesChange is scary. I also feel like Destiny would lose its value to me if only a certain group of weapons and armor were relevant for the next ten years. Forcing our hands on new things is the best direction to take.
