Can someone seriously justify the Black Hammer nerf?
I really don't see why this is getting nerfed at all. Who can convince me? It makes no sense...

It's the only nerf I can't justify. And maybe the fusion rifle nerf, but I feel that would be actually bad. But yeah, white nail was the only thing that made black hammer good...
