I totally agree, i cannot think of another game where you paid to play the demo. Normally demos/betas are free so you can make an informed decision whether or not to buy the full game upon release. This still happened to me with MSGV, after playing the demo I made an informed decision not to buy the full game but they still got $40 out of me.
