It's the only obtainable legendary pulse rifle that can reach maximum stability, which even the Messenger fails to do. It's basically a freak of nature.
That last 8-9% of the stability gauge that other PR's can't reach is where the magic is.
A skilled Guardian with a perfect Hopscotch is exceptionally hard to stop.

Edited by Swiftlock: 8/11/2015 4:38:38 AMWhat really matters is having a proper sight + Braced Frame, as that brings out the max stability. Aside from that, it varies from player to player. Outlaw/Feeding Frenzy + Braced Frame + Headseeker/Hidden Hand/Reactive Reload A lot of players prefer Hidden Hand, but I don't need to rely on extra aim assist. I prefer Headseeker for the damage boost against buffed targets.
