Can someone seriously justify the Black Hammer nerf?
I really don't see why this is getting nerfed at all. Who can convince me? It makes no sense...

Consider this its not getting Nerfed until ttk day one of ttk all legendary items become obsolete so your complaint is kinda mute and pointless
