I'm honest about it. I had a team this morning that was just beyond awful. On hard mode vog they couldn't get past confluxes. Full team of 34s. After 3 attempts I asked if anyone had done the raid before. Most of them had never even tried normal. I just suggested that they weren't ready for it. They agreed with me. I never raged quit on them. I just explained that the vog was mechanically difficult and their level didn't matter. They needed better weapons and to master the encounters on normal before trying hard.
