It is only OP against a stationary boss. Bungie should stop being lazy and fix their crap designs for stationary bullet sponge bosses and leave raid weapons alone.

They are fixing it. By getting rid of cheeses snipers and making you move around like your supposed to. Stop sitting in one spot to kill every boss
