Wouldn't negatively impact me at all - in fact I support folks keeping their old gear if they want.
That I am happy to give up my gear and move on should [b]not[/b] impact you one bit.
Destiny should provide choices for both preferences that way more folks stay involved which is good for us both ;)

I like this guy. ^^^ Hopefully Bungie eventually sees the benefits of keeping the most dedicated players not just involved, but decidedly [i]happy[/i] with Destiny. The more players they retain, the better this community will be!
