A.) Aspergers isn't part of the autism spectrum anymore. B.) If they are a low-functioning autistic the answer is no. If you're non-vocal you're not going to speak. If you cannot make eye contact (common with Aspergers) you will not make eye contact and when you do it comes off as incredibly forced and creepy so you stop doing it because you're afraid you look like you're staring and don't want people to think you're strange.
