Alonfé runs from the chopper back inside the mountain, his power still flowing through the Earth. He couldn't leave, not yet. He needed to look, look around. For some reason he felt compelled to see what he had done. Cloak flaring, eyes glowing, he walks to the center of the main area, where the main battle took place. He looks around to the bodies, some shot, some bubbling from electricity, some cut in half, peppered with sand, or burnt to a crisp. He looks to the walls, the paint bubbled, blood sprayed, and charred. Finally, in the center of the room, a ring of untouched floor. The area where he burst the room in flames. There, his power flowed into the walls, ground, and air. His cloak settles, and his eyes turn back to light brown. He falls to his knees, and starts to cry. Though these people did horrible things, he did not like what he did to them. In his mind, he's now just as bad as them. His power gone, he can nothing, nothing but cry, and lie there. Only one phrase flows from his mouth:
"What have I done......?"
English
-
"This will make you feel better" I throw a potato near you
-
He laughs a bit, then leans over to pick it up. He collapses, just like before in the hallway. His energy was completely gone, and his gunshot wound reopened. Is this the one I revived...?
-
"Yea"
-
He picks it up Haha.... He slips in and out of conciousness This is.... Him....
-
"What? Your acting like your drunk"
-
He finally falls unconcious, potato in hand. He used all his energy in the fight: he's got nothing in him. Plus, blood seeps from his stomach, a gunshot wound reopened.
-
"Come on" I pick you up and carry you to the ship
-
*i walk by, noticing you.* "damn! What happened." I say, and rush towards you, a device in my hand. "This will temporarily put pressure on the wound, stopping him from bleeding out."
-
"He used all his strength in battle"
-
Python walks by, nodding at your work. "If it wasn't you, it was gonna be me. Thanks for saving my reputation with my girl." He looks down at Jessica.
-
He stifles a sob, and turns around, collapsing. He used up all his energy in the fight. I never wanted it like this, to kill these men so horribly... His voice is weak, his gunshot wound reopening. He lets out a weak smile At least you're safe... haha...
-
Python picks you up as well and starts running towards the gunship, carrying you on his back, Jessica in his arms.
-
I slip in and out of consciousness, then finally falls unconcious
-
He lays you down in the gunship and gets a medic to tend to you. Python sits with Jessica in his arms. He smiles at her. "Almost home."
-
*Minerva walks up behind you silently* "What you had to."
-
He shakes his head I could've just wounded them, held back, anyways, you all had it down. But why did I need to kill them so horribly? He cries again
-
"There's no way we could've gotten out of you hadn't cleared the way. You saved the mission. There's a reason we are all alive." *she is silent for a few moments* "It was us or them. You made the right choice." *she walks off*
-
He lies there still, tears in his eyes, Minerva's words in his ears. It made sense, but the grief he sent in motion was too much to stop. He continued to cry, but now he understands. It wasn't for the worst.
