I was reading Silentium and they mention this character named Haruspis.Who is he?He had something in common with the Domain,I think.

Haruspis is rather similar to Catalog. But while Catalog fancies itself with acquiring evidence and testimony, Haruspis is directly linked to the Domain in an effort to study it and learn it.

Thanks for clarifying this, I thought that maybe it had something to do with the game.
