Is it true that Thel and that one white guy (not racist) were born on a Sangheli moon and not Sanghelios? Or did Halo Follower goof?

As HaloFollower often does I don't usually trash talk fellow fans but half (being generous) his theories are taken from others and mixed with very lil refinement by him. He also gets a lot of dates,places,and names mixed up and even contradicts himself in other videos. While I love halo being a fan of the lore misinformation is just as bad as no information. I'd unfollow and go with someone such as LoA here or/and Halo Canon.
