Master Chief would not survive a nuclear blast, so I suspect most of the supers would kill him.
He wouldn't survive a Gjallahorn blast.
We have no idea how his shields would react to the elemental energies..
And since I'm going to use the current Chief he has no AI.

He has survived a nuclear blast dude...
-
He was saved by Cortana, she wrapped him in a bubble of Hard Light.

Edited by IS0M0RPHIC: 8/9/2015 7:14:37 AMHe also survived a fall from space, which is just as bad as a nuke, btw chief can block a gjallarhorn rocket by literally shooting it midair
-
He actually used a door and it's believed thrusters and armor lock to survive. And Wolfpack rounds.
-
Edited by IS0M0RPHIC: 8/9/2015 5:14:16 PMWolfpack rounds wouldn't do anything seeing as how they wouldn't be close enough to home in on him, and where did you hear that he used thrusters to survive a fall from orbit? plus if armour lock can survive a fall from orbit than I'm pretty sure he could survive a guardian super.

He could survive a gjallahorn. If you ever read the books you know how fast sparatans can move. In one scenario of capture the flag before he even got the armor he was able to evade tracer rounds fired from a person in a mech suit which had advanced tracking technology. Now add the suit and he's even faster. Gjallarhorn has nothing on that. Also bubble shield, sparatans laser, and sniper rifle.

Edited by Astro4545: 8/9/2015 4:24:02 AMSpartan's are calculated to move in milliseconds. The thing about the jellyhorn is that it's a triple threat; you've got the rocket, then the tracking, then the wolfpack rounds. I'll give you the Bubble Shield, I don't know what the SL would do, and the sniper would likely just unleash the wolfpack rounds. Also by chance would you know which book this is?

The fall of reach. It goes into the backstory of John and his team and all the others in the program. It's a very good book. If you like to read and love halo that one, the flood, Ghost of onyx, and contact harvest are some of the best. The flood is pretty much halo one in a book but it also goes more in depth on sgt Johnson and others.

I own the Ghosts of Onyx(I just can't read it enough), I've read Contact Harvest, I'll have to try the other two.

plus first strike takes place between halo 1 and 2
