My first Vault of Glass run we cheesed the Templar with the Warlock grenade trick.
My first Crota's end run we cheesed the 2nd bridge and pulled the ethernet cable on Crota.
It wasn't really by choice but just happened that way for me.
I think it would be fun going into the new Raid knowing anything about it and just see what happens.
What's your story?

Edit 3: Thank you everyone for sharing your stories. I'm amazed that most people didn't cheese it for the first time. Now let's break out the crackers and spread the cheese while we reminisce about year 1 and anticipate year 2.

Edited by the ben obiwan: 8/9/2015 2:07:48 AMFirst time completions of my raids were 100% legit. I pushed of Atheon once. Never put crota on the knee. Cheesed the hard crota bridge a heap of times, and the oracles in hard VoG. Honestly I've never thought cheese was necessary, it's mostly just who you play with, and what they want to do. Guys who suggest cheesing straight up in every possible encounter, aren't usually the ones who are invited back.
