I've never actually played with Logan because he only has Destiny on PS4, but I have spoken to him on XB1 before. He just searches Skirmish with a team of top leaderboard players, plays passive with a Final Round sniper for 3 minutes, and then runs around with Field Scout Jolder's uncontested for the rest of the match because they've grabbed both heavies. Before all the fusion nerfs he used to run Praetorian Foil and just snipe people with it across the map until heavy came up. There's many people who could hold 8 KD's if they cared enough to always search with a super stacked full team and play very carefully. Most can't be bothered with that level of pubstomping because it gets very boring very quickly. :/
