I really don't know. Everyone's freaking out about the Hopscotch and I'm just sitting here with my Timepiece, KAU8, and Conduit laughing my shader off.
Hopscotch/Messenger has higher time-to-kill than other pulse rifles in PvP, objectively it's worse than the ones I mentioned. A KAU8 or Conduit kills in three head bursts faster than a Hopscotch kills in two head bursts- and you can miss a shot or two with the others.

I'll stick with the higher impact and max stability HP that's always giving me 3 bursts if not 2 bursts. Hypothetical ttk values are meaningless to me when a perk like braced frame and the 100% stability is letting me simply aim and pull the trigger twice without having to correct after each pull.
