DId you Cheese your first Raid?
My first Vault of Glass run we cheesed the Templar with the Warlock grenade trick.
My first Crota's end run we cheesed the 2nd bridge and pulled the ethernet cable on Crota.
It wasn't really by choice but just happened that way for me.
I think it would be fun going into the new Raid knowing anything about it and just see what happens.

For my first VoG I had no idea what to do so we stood on the hobgoblin sniping tower and killed Templar from there. I thought that's how you were supposed to do it. :(

Never even knew there was a cheese on VoG until after they patched Atheon. Did everything legit until we got it down, then it became "Hey, I want to do this fast, can we wipe and snipe the oracles/ Can you just swing across the bridge while we climb the tower or die?" I like doing it legit, but Crota is usually down to me and maybe one or two people because my group's been absent playing other stuff, so at that point, yeah just cheese. But guess I'm a bit off topic since we're talking about our first raid.

My first raid was VoG and I was not aware that it was cheesable

My first hard raid was cheesed by knocking off Atheon but my first normal raid was legit

Yes. First time I did VOG we pushed off the Templar. Did every other encounter by the books though.
