Give Dreg's Promise tracking?
Dreg's (Greg's) Promise isn't getting a buff in the weapon update, but lord of wolves is? The main perk on Greg's promise doesn't make any real difference, so if it was replaced with the fallen tracking bullets, would it be balanced?

Needs something. Dregs is currently the worst exotic available imo
