Easy his job isn't to represent us it's to represent the company/devs . All he has to do is analyze the situation read every post extrapolate information to bring to the devs who'll then make the decision to act on it or not. A cm really has no say in game design/developent because they're specialty is in communications/marketing that's why most CMs have a marketing/pr/communication degree

My point is he can't represent anyone to anyone else credibly if he does not play the game extensively. And if deej has a PR degree (do they really exist?) then that should be stating the bleedin' obvious. Sorry if coming across aggro but I've not played destiny for a week and I'm all jumpy. Tried smoking crack but it's just not the same.

Cracks no use. Take some acid and go down a big hill in a shopping cart. It's like doing the gate Lord bounty if you're wasted enough.

Edited by KryptoIllusion: 8/8/2015 6:29:55 PMWhy not? He's relaying messages back and forth in the most efficient way that doesn't upset players and gets the message across. Gimme one example where you'd have to know the game extensively, to relay messages. Also there are ways other than playing the game to learn it extensively. He's just the messenger basically.

You said he acts as a filter. If he did not, for example, experience the massive ball ache that crota hard was for weeks and weeks due to glitches then how does he know we're not all just moaning for no reason? How would he understand what a pain it was to grind materials? Why do we have to fly to the tower every time we want to swap a gun? Why don't we have enough space in our vaults? That's a very obvious point, I don't really understand why you don't see it. Bungie's PR on destiny has been an absolute disaster. Deej is the fall guy for that (though honourable mention to the throw money at the screen guy) and that is not 100% deserved. But play the bloody game, at least we'd think he understood what the issues are and cut him some slack.

Edited by KryptoIllusion: 8/8/2015 8:49:23 PMHe would know that because of all the complaints about it, usually if multiple threads pop up about the same issue, generally it's worth mentioning to the devs and is not hitching and moaning. Also it's possible that deej didn't have time to go do crota hard when it came out for instance, after all his job doesn't involve playing the game at work unless it's for things like gamescom, public showing of co.tent etc... The first few weeks of a new expansion in an mmo is the most busiest times for CM and your other points anyone playing casually would understand that
