I would, have you not seen the posts and comments bashing DeeJ for various reasons? Lack of Moments of Triumph is one. Even some are blameing him for all of the games faults.
I bet people sent him 'lovely' messages because they want to hate DeeJ for various, not-his-fault, reasons.

The reason I don't believe it, is I know someone who works for Bungie and has for quite some time now. We went to the launch of Destiny together at the EMP in Seattle. I've met Deej, I got to shake his hand. He's actually a very friendly guy. My friend plays the game often and is in the BNG_Crucible clan. It shows up right under his name all the time. He plays it and represents the companies clan well. There are ways to block unwanted spam. And Deej already posted saying he was going to complete all the year one accomplishments under his account. That account is the one I looked up. I don't doubt that he has a work account, but that doesn't count.
