What was your first exotic? I got an ice breaker from a legendary engram. Plz tell me your first exotic and your reactions to getting it XDD

I was doing a public event on Venus, stop vex sacrifices. I killed the last Hydra, and there are TWO purple engrams. I nearly cried from happiness. It was a helmet and primary engram. So what'd I get?? Suros (back when it was king) and light beyond nemesis. All my friends wanted me to join their fireteam a for strikes and story missions. It was a good time.

Thunderlord. First week the game was out if I recall. I did an all nighter to hit 20 so I could use it and then kept playing with it. In a world where very few people were any good at the game and even fewer had exotics you could shred in the crucible. There was a control map that's no longer in rotation, I believe it was on Mars that I loved. Camp the heavy ammo spot, kill everyone that comes to it. If you were careful you could keep heavy ammo the entire game.

Aclyophage Symbiote and Icebreaker. Both from Xur. I stuck with the Aclyophage until Celestial Nighthawk dropped for me after HoW. Icebreaker is now and forever by my side. Lots of good memories with those two.

Ice Breaker from Xur which made all the difference in levelling up all my characters and attempting weekly's / raids & Nightfall that a the time were all above my level... Thanks Xur, as RNGesus gives me nothing but exotic armors for classes I don't use or never-ending strange coins = which at least allows me to buy some exotic weapons, but hardly any of the ones I really want :(
