Think it's fine and everyone whining about "free 34s" now everyone will have to level to 40 and at least will have a feel for everything

you wont , your light level when starting the taken king turns into your actual level , only your armors light level will remain 34 after leveling up to 35 and beyond.( new armors / weapons have light levels that reflect your guardians defense and attack)
