WTF? Why do you continue to do this? Give us a pathway to upgrade and if, and that's a big if, the newer weapons are superior we'll switch. Look, you gave us an upgrade path you have to continue. If not I'll wait the Taken King out, till you realize your mistake and create a path. Give us a reason to stop using the weapons, not force us to. The changes you made in the Taken King are welcome, and have been called for, except this. We all grinded for far too many hours to obtain these weapons due to your newly admitted broken RNG system. It's like you just can't make amends for some of the bad decisions you made without causing additional pain. Your awful RNG system, the light system, leveling system that was all crap that we suffered through, because we held out hope that Bungie would fix it. Which you did with the Taken King. Just to be rewarded for the many hours playing a now admittedly broken game. We're going to turn your favorite hard earned weapons into dust. What a way to remind us that you still don't get the player base of Destiny. What a way to reward your loyal players. What an F U to the players that have been here since day one with suggestions and feedback that finally gets implemented. Just to add a very shitty "One more thing" Everything you've earned, every piece of gear you leveled with etheric light. Every Trials run is meaningless. Just crap you gotta throw away, not because you've got better gear and want to, but because we force you to. What was the point of Destiny till now? I'm so glad I didn't buy Taken King, I knew the lack of information about it was a bad sign. The silence was deafening Now it's clear why that was. If you feel that our time grinding for gear was worthless then that's what I feel your time making TTK was and will treat it as such and not buy it.
