So i have noticed the play style of those using final round by shooting all but 1 bullets into the wall/ground and toe shot someone to insta kill a person as a problem. Bungie if you're reading this here's my solution. I think The final Round perk should only proc when you hit all but 1 bullets on a target, making it where you hit the enemy team then the last round will proc on the last target. where as if you shoot the ground to leave 1 bullet in the chamber the final round perk will NOT proc on the target making the perk for more skilled snipers rather than dirty players using cheap tactics to win. this is one major problem in Trials of Osiris (Besides the thorns massive damage output but that can be saved for a rainy day). hope this perk on existing snipers can be replaced with another perk or nerfed in some way like my idea or something better to counter this. Edit: now bungie has addressed this and now people can use real skill to snipe. (Insert Kappa face here)
