Scalebound actually sounds interesting now...
To sum up the interesting points:
Drew, the obnoxious main character, is actually from our world.
One of the main rewards of combat is retrieving gems from fallen foes, but this can only be done when you kill them yourself, not the dragon (called Thuban).
Thuban can be customised, or 'pimped', with colours, elements, and armours.

I thought xbone was going to finally get a Jrpg, but it seems not. I just need some decent non dudebro games to go alongside rare replay and I'll cave and get an xbone (despite the fact that it's made by my most hated company in existence)

The dragon is the only cool thing about this game, everything else looks like crap tbh.

I am hyped. 4 player Dungeon ( possibly campaign???) dragons and awesome combat not usually seen in RPGs. For those that are worried about Drew main character. In several interviews the head developer mentioned that the heart of this game is the relationship between him and the Dragon. I don't think this will be an issue once the game is out

3 RepliesFor everyone saying the main character is annoying, I agree. Just play with the sound turned down, listen to music or podcasts, don't let something as minor as a character being mouthy turn you off from what looks like it will be a great game
