Seriously, think about it. They said that hand cannons will have a decreased magazine size. An Ill Will with Braced Frame has five rounds in the mag. Take away 1or 2 bullets and ad Luck in the Chamber and Final Round, and you have a nearly [b][i]guarantied two shot[/i][/b] in the Crucible!
