no they won't, especially in PvP. All legendaries will carry over to TTK and for a while they probably will serve us well. BUT, as the new bosses become more and more difficult in our journey to 40, we will want to use the TTK weapons that deal more damage. PvP will stay the way it is till people find the new thorn, red death, TLW etc....
