I have an adept messenger and I've used it quite a bit in Crucible. I finally got a good roll on my Hopscotch and I started using it and I like it 10x better than the Messenger.

Actually it's a messenger you can re roll to your liking.

Messenger can only beat it in the range stats, everything else goes to the hopscotch and that's just the base stats without any rolled perks.
