Lost a weapon while transfering!
Ok, i went to use the app to transfer my Hezen Vengeance to and it disappeared! Not on any character, not in my vault, nowhere! it was locked too so i know i didnt dismantle it. Please help me! Please!

Did you transfer said item while on a loading screen or changing activities in-game? Because Bungie has repeatedly warned against doing that as the item in question will be lost.
