Exactly.
I still think Bungie has something up their sleeves, but on the off chance that they [i]dont[/i], I'm hoping they realize that the upcoming balance changes in 2.0 set the stage [i]perfectly[/i] for them to continue bringing old gear forward.

I love how the exotic upgraded stranger's rifle "no time to explain" has the black hammer's current perk effect, RETURN FKIN AMMO AFTER DEALING PRECISION HITS. sooooo new right?

Exactly. I [i]want[/i] to believe that this new content is going to be amazing, but I can't shake the feeling that even Bungie isn't totally confident in it. [i]Forcing[/i] players to move to the new content doesn't exactly instil confidence. :P
