Step 1. Delete them from ya social media. Delete everything, pictures, posts with them, everything that reminds you of them.
Step 2. Avoid them at all costs, trust me. You're gonna miss them. You're gonna wanna go off and see how they're doing. DON'T. DON'T DO IT. IT'S A MISTAKE.
Step 3. Hang out with your friends and family as much as possible. They're your life line here.
Step 4: Every time you think of them, justify to yourself that it'll be ok, and that it's completely normal to feel this way. Think "this too shall pass, and before I know it I'll be laughing about it"
Step 5: Let time do it's job. Like they say. Nothing mends a broken heart better than time. I hope this helps. It helped me.
