I have probably about 1000 hours in this game. It took me 95 VoGs to get fatebringer. I'm not playing to get the best guns. I'm playing to have fun. And honestly 10 years with a fatebringer, black hammer, or found verdict would get real old. This games is turning into a regular RPG game which is a good thing. It's nice to have a change of pace.

Edited by ColNapalm: 8/6/2015 11:18:03 PMI have to call bullshit. "It took 95 VoGs to get Fatebringer" means you were hunting for fatebringer and that the point. Now, just because you and seemingly a majority of Destiny gamers, feed the one armed bandit all your time and call it fun doesn't make it so, even for you (and your addiction makes your actions - not claims credible). Its a gambling device and Destiny is a little more than a loot delivery/denial system. What this debate exposes is the two fundentally different camps that play - till now. 1) Those that want to win and keep their winnings. 2) Those that would feed their winnings back into the slots and will blow it all. If you belong to the second cohort, beware! If you being to the first, then there are some issues requiring redress or they will leave shortly.

I was hunting for it. I wanted to get everything from VoG. And I achieved that. But I'm fine with giving it up. I couldn't care less.

As I suspected. You're a Gambler.

That is your opinion. Not shared by everyone else. There are obviously plenty who feel differently about the subject.
