Randal still shows up in the forgotten shore from time to time, and when it is him, he can eat Gjallarhorn rockets with a smile on his face.
Another good one is the Celebrant of Oryx. Start a patrol on Earth, then go to the entrance to Rasputin's bunker. He'll be there.
