I'm betting that all the people saying this shit don't have most of the better legendary weapons, and that's why they're fine with moving on. But bungie obviously has some idea about the grind and horrendously random drops. That's why they let players ascend weapons for HoW. If they didn't want players to keep great weapons they earned, they wouldn't have let us ascend them, and instead made us use ONLY these shit guns from HoW. I'm confident that we'll be able to keep our legendary weapons to the end of Destiny. It also doesn't make sense to have people just getting into Destiny buy the complete game with dlc, when every -blam!-ing item from day one until September will be usless. Why -blam!-ing play any of the old raids or strikes? Make sense?
