Sorry for you, but other companies have and do suspend and ban people for their behavior. Maybe you've gotten used to fourms that is an example of anarchy.
But I have a friend who was suspended from xbox live for racial reasons. Go ahead and send a woman a message through xbox live (as that's evidence) with sexual or racial derogatory comments and when you're reported, tell me how that works out for you.

Welcome to the 21st century. Chauvinism, racism, and other discriminatory behavior is being less and less tolerated in public venues. Like how smoking was being advertised as the "cool thing to do" or accepted in most restaurants in the past, it's slowly being less tolerated and accepted.
