I would say either
Annabelle
Insidious Chapter 3 or
The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (2003)

That one scary movie where these people we're stuck in a mansion, and they were being stalked by a giant black thing... It was parodied by the Scary Movie series. And Graveyard Encounters 1 & 2, the only scary movies I literally remember watching at a later age instead of watching movies at such a young age.
