Ghost Angel Cloak still up for grabs?
I was wondering if you could still get the hunter cloak known as "The Ghost Angel" Cloak anywhere in Destiny now. I heard somewhere you could do Vangaurd tiger and the rewards you get at the end would decrypt into possible pre-dlc loot. I'm honestly just hunting for that cloak and plan to just keep doing tiger strikes but I would like to know if it's actually possible.

5 RepliesIt is possible friend but you have to take into consideration that the odds of this happening to you are very very very very slim. You habe to grind those strikes to receive blue engrams at the reward screen. The engrams dropping during the strike dont count. You can recognize the right engrams by the discription: The cryptarch in the tower.. Etc. The regular engrams have the description: a mark of true potency.. Etc. Then those few blue engrams have to decrypt into a legendary. Which also is a small chance. So to put things into perspective, Grind tiger strikes until your lucky to recieve a engram for a reward. Receive class item enrams to have a chance of getting the right item. Decrypt these engrams in the tower to have a small chance of getting a legendary from them. Have a slim chance that this legendary is the item you actually want. Imo not worth hoping nor grinding for. Sorry to burst your bubble
