Why doesn't Bungie.net have a proper LFG for coordinating fireteams?

I have a team of awesome people I run with for raids, strikes, etc. But occasionally I still find it necessary to hit the LFG's. I'm just wondering why Bungie doesn't have this feature built into bungie.net (the recruiting forum is certainly not sufficient)? Even for those of us with regular teams it would be great to be able to PLAN our events. Create a Raid, Strike, PoE, etc, event and have a tool to invite members from my clan, or from other clans. That way I could easily manage schedules and know exactly which members will be joining. This is opposed to the LFG's which are just postings that do not let you invite specific people (the best I've found will let you reserve slots, but there's no two way communication and no naming of reserved slots). If bungie did this the invites could be sent through the destiny app and responses could made through the app. There are so many different LFG's. Within my clan people use a variety of different LFG's and none of them link to gamer tags (playing on xbox 1) so it is impossible to coordinate this outside of a slew of messages back and forth. No matchmaking is fine, but at least provide a proper tool for people to coordinate. It could even be included within groups or clan pages on bungie.net. Just curious what others have seen, or even better, if anyone has discovered a site that does this already?
