I have noticed that all scout rifles will shoot exactly where you aim, but only from the first shot. If you keep shooting, you should notice that your shots are aimed lower than your sight indicates. This is most noticeable with high rate of fire scout rifles.
High stability makes this less noticeable
Edit: I tested this by shooting at a wall with the 3 different rate of fire scout rifles (excluding mida multi tool).
Rate of fire:
High:
(NL Shadow 701X) Very noticeable.
Medium:
(Hygenia Noblesse) Almost unnoticeable.
Low:
(Gheleon's Demise) Unnoticeable. (the recoil is too strong, so it's hard to tell.) Possibly no error in the aiming with all scout rifles that have this rate of fire.
All tested without a stability boost perk.
Edit 2: I'm sure I'm not mistaking this for recoil, especially since this is noticeable with high RoF scout rifles.

happens in bf4 with dmrs
-
Yeah you just have to know the guns to still get hits with it like that
-
Just make sure that you aren't holding the gun backwards, that's what really matters!
-
Mine aims correctly: full auto/firefly/stability Gheleons. I aim once, I hold the trigger down, it shoots the entire clip in the exact same spot like VoC does... all day long. It's like fatebringer, just waaaay better unless arc burn is on. Those are the only 2 SR's I need, the rest are currently subpar.

Vision of confluence!

I know what you are talking about. Doesn't seem like a big problem as it actually lowers the shot recoil of the gun with the gun animation being slightly different.
-
Oh my god it's called recoil
-
You answer your own statement in your post. Not all guns have 100% stability. In real life I would assume the first shot would be more accurate then rapid fire on semi-auto.
-
Recoil.....

Edited by WaspierNutria: 8/7/2015 11:47:51 PMI think scouts' aim correctly. Also tip: keep shooting have fun!
-
It's all about controlling the recoil. I never have trouble with my scouts aim.
-
I have had no such issues with mine.
-
You just need to get better at aiming and not relying on Destinys aim assist. I can use any scout rifle perfectly fine. The spray of the trigger and recoil. Relies on how your sensitivities is at.
-
I noticed this as well on one of my scout rifles. It was high rof. Wasnt sure if it was a glitch, or just that weapon. Made the gun useless in pvp. Good to know im not the only one who saw this.
-
Re-roll them until you get Rodeo and smallbore, my AR type SR is amazing accurate with absolutely 0 recoil. It also has a medium/high RoF
-
Noticed the same thing on my nl shadow with full auto. My sights will be way above the targets head and I'll still be getting headshots. It is a little misleading. You would expect your shots to actually follow your recoil.
-
Recoil. Time your shots better or increase its stability
-
I know what you are talking about. Basically, the guns visual aim reset is slower than the ACTUAL recoil reset. So, instead of waiting for the guns visual recoil to come back down.....you can go ahead and shoot because the actual boresight is ready... It is kinda odd.....
-
You can't aim?
-
Ive never seen that happen before
-
It's the recoil on some high rof ones. The recoil bounces the gun up and back. So there's like a quarter second pause you have to take for the bullet and sight to line up. Super annoying and why I stopped using the "AR" scout rifles
-
Use a pulse rifle

Do you have specific ones that show this characteristic the most?
