Hello, all! I recently finished the Witcher 3 and I loved it. Upon completing the game I found out that the game is based off of a polish book series that follows the story of the same protagonist from the Witcher series. Because of this, I have become very interested in reading the first book, The Last Wish". I also thought it would be sort of cool to invite you all to read it with me.
If you are interested in reading/discussing the book among the group an affordable copy or digital copy can be found here:

I'll be picking it up for sure so if you are as well let me know!

Opening to the public. Join us if you'd like.

Ok, first impressions time: If you've played the Witcher 3, or any of the previous games I assume, then you'll recognize the tone almost immediately. I've been reading this book as often as I can and so far I'm pretty impressed. The story seems to be broken up into multiple short stories about the quests of Geralt (the Witcher) and the author's description of the events is pretty impressive. so far, it's one of the best books I've read in a long time. I won't post any spoilers but the first chapter reminded me of a mission from the third game which it may very well be based off of (the mission). I actually enjoyed the book's version better though!
