I find there's a difference between concerns stemming from entitlement and concerns stemming from a genuine desire for equality.
Remember the players calling for a petition to save weapons from the 2.0 changes? The entitled players cried foul because weapons like Black Hammer and Gjallarhorn shouldn't be nerfed just "because of the whiners". More reasonable players cited the way boss encounters work, and how the nerfed weapons were really the only option to face those bosses.
We can be vocal without entitlement, and we can make our point without purposely inciting others.

And he's whining at the fact that things become obsolete over time. It's so trivial and sad that he's so connected to some virtual items

To the contrary, even though RNG rules over our loot, the hours, days, even months that some players have invested to get their favorite gear are being trivialized by the apparent facts as we now know them. People aren't happy with this news, and they have a right to their emotions, given the emotional nature of the issue. Don't tell me that you can play a game for a year and not form attachments to your hard earned gear?
