That's foolish. If you don't complain when you don't like something than you've lost your right to free speech.
Its why american politics are a joke and a circle jerk. Because no one complained about the corruption and constant BS so now they're stuck with a broken system run by corporate greed and not by what the organization was initially formed to do.
If you never complain, nothing ever changes.
Granted, everything in moderation.
