Well seeing as gjallahorn and all of our good gear is gonna get replaced by exotic rocket launchers with thrall burn.

They only meant Legendaries. Exotics will always be upgradable.

First off, Hunger of Crota is not that great, and secondly, the perks on gear will actually be good (at least some should).

Hunger of crota is good actually. Tracking, doesn't take up an exotic slot, decent blast radius and velocity It's a good launcher.

But I don't think it justifies complaining about.
