1. The weapons won't be useless, just not as coveted as they once were. 2. Playing a video game isn't work. 3. If you grinded to get all your loot and didn't have any fun, I feel sorry for you. Because you missed the whole point of playing a video game. Long story short, if I can't keep leveling my Fatebringer it doesn't diminish the great time I had gaming with friends while on the hunt for it, or the awesome times I spent using it while gaming with good friends. If you only play destiny to have a full vault of the best gear, you're going to have a bad time.
