Even though it's not my AMA, I would say both. Technically, yes, it does factor into God's plan but the enemy still did do it.

I would agree, but Satan and his demons don't cause all the wrong on earth. We live in a fallen world, there are many reasons things go wrong. But, yes, God has accounted for it all.
