Fulcrum or loner.rebel?
So i got The Fulcrum from an engram and I don't know if I should use it over my fully upgraded loner.rebel.
Loner.rebel stats - Grave robber, spray and play, armor piercing
Fulcrum stats (haven't gotten them but available) - luck in the chamber, battle runner, armor piercing
I could re-roll the fulcrum since I haven't upgraded it yet but should I go for re-roll, keep using loner.rebel or use the existing fulcrum?

I have both, and enjoy using both of them. For me I'd have to say the fulcrum with the roll I've got is more effective and lethal. I rolled mine it has triple tap > flared Maxwell, explosive round or braced frame and army of one. My stats are the same as hawk moon almost slightly up on impact, and down on fire rate and reload. I find in PvP it is more affective, often landing a two hit kill.
