One of our friends doesn't play Destiny like the rest of our clan does, maybe once a week, if we are lucky. 1) couple of weeks ago he came online after not playing for about 2 weeks; helps with VoG & Crota. In VoG he gets gjallarhorn from a chest and vision from Aetheon. Then we do Crota and he gets gjallarhorn and blackhammer. 2) Comes on this week after not playing for a week, does nightfall, gets gjallarhorn, does crota, gets Crux, does VoG, gets Vex. Every week he comes online after not playing he gets rewarded, as if Bungie is saying "Here have some cool guns, please play our game more often" I can understand and am okay with random drop, but this is taking the P. (I have 3 toons and not once have had etheric light either yet, what's the drop rate?) So I will be testing this theory now. Thanks Bungie, I now dont want to play as often as I have been. Here's hoping to get rewarded for NOT playing your game. (I'll keep you updated)
