Hello, to whom it may concern. I've reached out to Bungie numerous times in regards to my query and only received one reply that seemed automated and had nothing to do with my situation. I am posting here in hopes that you guys actually comprehend what I am stating and offer some help. I ordered my nepal shirt with an email that is no longer active for reasons beyond my control. I need my nepal shader and emblem to be emailed to another email instead. I would like someone to please assist me in this matter. Thank you for your time.

BNGHelp has no jurisdiction in matters of sales from the Bungie Store. Totally different department. If you go here: http://bungiestore.com/pages/customer-service, then at the bottom of the page you will find a place to fill out a query to Bungie Store Customer Service. Fill it out, include your Order #, and tell them in the message body that your old email is null and you have a new email. Include the old and new email addresses. Give them all this info, and hopefully when they get back to you they will have updated your order and won't require more info.
