What rank you need to have at the New Monarchy to drop The Visible Hand & shaders ?
I want the ship and the shader of the New Monarchy !
I already know is a loot drop but do you need a specific level to get it because been at level 3 seems that it is not enough.

1 Reply3 is correct however ships and shader will at the EARLIEST drop at lv 5 and up.
