Can we create our own characters? Or can newcomers be added later on? Also is this going to be on Android?

[spoiler]It's going to be a fighter with a ever expanding roster, drakus' character will be the guys who gives upgrades and new abilities, and unless ninja lets me use his character to he will be the quest guy. Each character will have their own story line, however they will be playable by all characters, but if you aren't the character in question you can only do about half of the missions[/spoiler]
